Socio-energetic Diagnosis of a Housing Complex

Challenge

To evaluate the community's energy profile, identifying consumption patterns, access, and utility regularization, alongside efficiency opportunities. Based on this data, a technical report was developed featuring optimization guidelines and the sizing of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system to meet local demands.

Quantitative and qualitative research via questionnaires; data processing, variable selection, and calculation of performance indicators to evaluate scenarios and prioritize measures.

Results

The diagnosis confirms the project’s social and technical relevance in the local context. It provides a solid foundation for plant design decisions, beneficiary eligibility criteria, and community agreements on efficient use, aiming to reduce bills, increase energy security, and strengthen territorial autonomy.
