Final EDGE audit (post-construction phase) for a school project consisting of two blocks (4 and 2 stories).

On-site audit of the school building to verify as-built compliance and eligibility for final certification.
Results
Energy Efficiency Measures:
Photovoltaic systems – 100% of total energy use;
Natural ventilation in hallways;
Light-colored roofing (SR=0.28);
Occupancy sensors in restrooms and hallways.
Water Efficiency Measures:
Low-flow faucets in bathrooms and kitchens;
Dual-flush water closets (6L/3L) and efficient urinals;
Rainwater harvesting system.
