- Tax aspects for EE promotion.

Identification of priority measures and energy saving potential calculation up to 2030;
Detailing of necessary complementary measures;
Identification of barriers, target audience, key actors, and MRV (Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification) methods for each measure.
