Our Role: Mitsidi performs advanced technical analyses of thermal, lighting, and acoustic performance, based on computer simulations and applicable normative criteria, contributing to the development of buildings that are more comfortable, efficient, and aligned with best construction performance practices.

We have already evaluated over 1.4 million square meters, involving approximately 23,000 housing units, providing technical recommendations that enhance indoor environmental quality, reduce energy consumption, mitigate non-compliance risks, and strengthen the technical and economic performance of projects throughout their entire life cycle.
