EDGE Certification

Our Role: Mitsidi acts in the technical structuring and strategic leadership of projects toward EDGE certification (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies), a system developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, focusing on promoting buildings that are more efficient in energy, water, and materials.

Our work involves simulations, comparative analyses, defining strategies to meet technical requirements, and providing support for the certification process with accredited bodies. We have already contributed to the certification or the certification process of over 530,000 square meters, enhancing the environmental performance of buildings, reducing operational costs, and adding value to assets throughout their entire life cycle.
