Great Place to Work (GPTW) is the leading global certification for workplace excellence, recognizing organizations that stand out in building cultures based on trust, high performance, and valuing people. The methodology is grounded in confidential employee surveys and the analysis of management practices, evaluating credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

Mitsidi earned its first GPTW certification in 2021 and, since then, has been recertified in every cycle, consistently reaffirming the quality of its work environment through the direct evaluation of its team. In the national rankings, Mitsidi achieved:
